Timing

Most pieces take about 2–4 weeks from the moment your deposit is in. Once Lori reviews your story, she'll let you know if your timeline fits or needs a gentle adjustment.

Events within 14 days are marked as rush — they're still very welcome, just flagged so Lori can prioritize accordingly. A small rush fee may apply.

Payments

Lori prefers Cash App — it keeps things personal and direct. You'll see the exact amount, a clean note to add, and a QR option on your order page.

A deposit secures your slot; the balance is sent around final reveal or pickup. Lori personally confirms each payment on her end.

If you'd rather pay by card, ask — Lori can share a card link.

Revisions

Each creation includes one small adjustment after Lori shares the concept. Major redesigns may carry a small added fee. The goal is always to make sure the piece feels like yours before paint goes on for the final time.

Pickup

Most pieces are picked up locally. Lori will share the exact pickup details once your piece is ready.

Pickup only — Lori will coordinate the exact time and place once your piece is ready.

Care

Pieces are hand-painted on real materials, so they're built to be loved up close. Keep them out of direct rain and bright sun, and they'll keep their color for many celebrations.
