How this works
Lori made this as simple as possible. If anything feels confusing — that's on us, not you. Take it one step at a time. You can always message Lori directly and she'll walk you through it.
Make your profile
Tap Create an account at the top. All Lori needs is your name and email so she can write to you about your piece. It takes about a minute.
Tell Lori what you're celebrating
Tap Share your story (or Start a piece). You'll answer a few short questions — who it's for, the occasion, the date, colors you love. Skip anything you don't know yet.
Lori reads your story
Within a day or two, Lori reads what you sent and either replies with questions or sends you a personal quote. Every piece is shaped one-on-one with you — nothing is automated.
Custom quote, no surprises
Every painted piece is custom quoted by Lori — there are no fixed website prices because every story is different. The quote shows you the full price and what's included before you pay anything.
Easy payment
A deposit holds your spot on Lori's calendar. Lori prefers Cash App because it keeps things personal — but a card link is available if you'd rather. The rest is paid when your piece is ready.
Follow your creation from your phone
Sign in any time and you'll see where Lori is in the process — concept, painting, final reveal. You'll also get a gentle note from Lori at each meaningful moment.
Pickup
When your piece is finished, Lori will reach out to coordinate the exact pickup time and place. Local pickup only — Lori loves handing pieces over in person.
